The body of each of our pocket knives is made from a cured, thermosetting phenolic resin sandwiched between two layers of hardwood. The incredible phenolic laminate is a hard, dense material that is mechanically stable, moisture resistant, and won’t shrink or warp. Our Creations of a Craftsman pocket knives are not mass market knock offs. You are purchasing a product of the highest quality, hand made by skilled craftsmen. Easily re-sharpened, our blades are made from high-carbon tool steel hardened to Rockwell 60 C scale, double tempered, and hollow ground to razor sharpness. High-carbon tool steel can easily be re-sharpened and should be maintained to prevent rust. Replacement blades are always available and easy to swap. Phenolic Laminate is composed of a continuous woven cloth impregnated with phenolic resin, to which heat and pressure are applied to create a strong, durable material that is many times stronger than wood, yet has the appearance and feel of wood. Phenolic laminate can be machined to close tolerances and has the threading and tapping characteristics of metal.

Warren Blade Selections

All replacement blades and blades used in our knives are made from high carbon tool steel hardened to Rockwell 60 C scale, double tempered, and hollow ground RAZOR-SHARP and can be easily re-sharpened.

Each replacement blade can be purchased separately below.

• Part #8 - Warren Blade. $1.80 each or 3 for $4.75 (includes shipping by USPS). Blade specifications: 5/16" wide x 2 1/4" long, (2" radius) 0.030 inch thick.
   
• Part #10 - Warren Blade. $1.80 each or 3 for $4.75 (includes shipping by USPS). Blade specifications: 5/6" wide x 2 1/4" long, (15/16" radius) 0.030 inch thick.
   
• Part #11 - Warren Blade. $1.80 each or 3 for $4.75 (includes shipping by USPS). Blade specifications: 5/16" wide x 2 1/4" long, 0.030 inch thick and hollow ground on the slanted edge.
   
• Part #15 - Warren Blade. $1.80 each or 3 for $4.75 (includes shipping by USPS). Blade specifications: 5/16" wide x 2 1/4" long, (2 1/8"" radius) 0.030 inch thick.
